The other morning my two year-old daughter came running into the room with her play phone, "Daddy, Daddy, the phone is for you!"  When my husband asked who was on the phone, she replied, "It's Jake...from State Farm!"  We both just died laughing.  Kids say the darndest things and as the time flies by it is hard to remember all the funny things they say and do.  A great way to ensure you don't forget, is to keep a notebook in a handy place and jot things down as they happen.   Later you can look back and add them to your memory books, scapbooks, and keepsakes boxes.  Here are a few of our favorites:

"Daddy, when I grow up I'm going to have a beard like you. Right now, I just have a beard on my legs."

"Mom, lets talk about mans.  Who is your favorite man?"

"When I grow up, am I going to be a daddy?"

"Yes"

"Awww, man!  I thought I was going to be a farmer."

"I'm gonna live with you guys forever!"

"Mom, I think I have a fever."

 "You don't feel hot."

"Yeah, but my farts are hot."
